Problem with displaying the amount of energy from solar panels

I had a problem about 2 days ago - when I look at electricity statistics (on any planet), for some reason the amount of energy from solar panels does not change, even if this is the only source. And at night it also appears as if it gives energy

And yes, this is not related to the time period of the display, it sometimes shows this way in a period of 5 seconds

You are looking at the "ALL" tab, which tells you the average power provided by that source of power, over its entire existence on that planet.
Its not going to change much as a result.
If you add way more, or take away a whole bunch in use, then it will eventually start to change as time goes on.

You'll need to provide screenshots then of multiple time lengths on the graph.

Given that this is an intermittent problem, I'll try to take a screenshot of the graph as soon as I can. Anyway, there's a chance it was just random display lags, idk
