[2.0.11] Crash "force.getIndex() - 1u < this->activeNeighbourForces.size() was not true"

I've had an issue with Factorio Space Age. The game has never crashed on my PC or any PC before today. This latest crash happened while making solid fuel factories with light oil.

If there are any ways to stop these crashes it would be most helpful. It's difficult to remember what I was doing.

I had a third crash upon reloading the save! Apparently the game doesn't like being zoomed into oil depots or something. I'm going to try again..

This save appears to be borked. It is now crashing on me in rapid succession any time I load the game. I get about 10 seconds of screen time and then a crash.

The crashes have gotten worse to the point where the game is crashing on startup. This is after playing nearly all day with nearly no problems. I attempted a system reboot.

I'm going to bed. I'm hoping these reports help.

Thanks for the report. Do you have a a way to take a known good save file and get it into this broken state? Every time I've investigated a save file with this specific error it has always been due to memory corruption due to failing RAM on the players computer.
