I was in the logistics network(from pressing "L") and was clicking around randomly on the buttons in the picture. link to drive with desync report included
Edit: extra information: It was on a dedicated Linux server on patch 2.0.8 with one other person online, both people desynced. Trying to join the world again caused instant desyncs. Playing with space age, quality, and elevated rails. No other mods.

Thanks for the report. The desync is quite heavy with transport lines differences so it is quite hard to decide where exactly is the issue. Given that in 2.0.12 there were some fixes related to manual building that was known to produce some inconsistent belts that would easily cause similar desyncs i am going to move this to pending and ask you to verify if you can reproduce this desync in latest version.
