Since there is no way to set up an Alarm without an audio component, I frequently set up informative alerts with 0% volume.
For a little while, I have randomly heard the alarm sound effect play even though the volume is set to 0%.
I finally discovered that the playback seems to be related to either the firing of Atomic Bombs, or the slowdown in UPS that occurs with them.
Video link to an example. The alarm can be heard for a second (a single play of the sound file?) as the second bomb's shockwave clears.

Re: [1.1.30] Audio: Alarm with 0% volume audible
Update: It randomly happened again while clearing a biter nest without the use of Atomic Bombs, so the cause may be unrelated to the bombs or UPS.
Re: [1.1.30] Audio: Alarm with 0% volume audible
I tried with a lot of alarms and a lot of nukes, biters, etc.,
Can't get it to happen,
Do you have any other idea what might be causing it?

maybe sound driver issue?
