[0.16.51] Artillery shells do not destroy biter bases

[0.16.51] Artillery shells do not destroy biter bases
I've notice in my current play through that when artillery shells land they are not destroying the biter bases that they land on.

Can you reproduce this without mods? If yes, post the save please.
