Event when an inventory filter changes

I'd like to create a mod that synchronizes the filter configuration of multiple cargo wagon. I'm looking for a way to be notified when the player changes the filters and/or the maximum filling of an inventory.
I couldn't find anything so far.

Could an event be added for this purpose?
