[2.x] Add field for name of logistic network

Hi!

At current moment in LuaLogisticNetwork we have field to get network_id value, but no way to get name of logistic network.

It would be nice to add a field with name

What do you mean by the name of the network?

Sections do have names, and that is accessible in LuaLogisticSection.group, but I didn't think logistic networks as a whole could have names.

If you open the "Logistic networks" view (default hotkey "L" or use the button with the square and "WiFi symbol" in the top right), you can see all the different logistic networks you have and give them names:

You just blew my mind.

Hundreds of hours in this game and somehow I am still discovering new things every day. XD
