Does anyone know what font is used for the Factorio logo at the top of the forums and home page etc? Or know of one that is similar?
I am interesting in it for making thumbnails for videos so the rest of the text can be match the logo, but with it being part of an image, I can't actually the font.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I searched for font

Interesting, but this isn't the font you're looking for. sorry, but this is eventually just self-made 3d models...

It isn't any normal font, Albert modeled the letters manually in blender

Well it seems that that day arrived !!! But where is the font ?

By the way, what is the basic gui font ? Arial ?

I found some TTF files in the Factorio installation directory...
There are two fonts in %FactorioDir%\data\core\fonts: "Titilium Web" and "Deja Vu Sans".
AFAIK is Titilium Web the font used in the in-game console.

Why don't you search the internet for fonts? You can download and use them. There are hundreds of fonts, you will definitely find some suitable one, and not even one.

Have you tried to read the thread ? the devs have answered that the logo has been handcrafted. There is no existing font somewhere where the characters have been taken. Which is precisely what Xterminator is expecting. A complete font matching the Factorio logo.

I read, but I just advised you to look at different fonts on the Internet, because there are also many interesting options that can be useful. Just why not create, for example, some individual style, although of course the style of the forum logo is very cool.

Because this seems to be a popular thread for people to bump over the past 7 years, and because anyone using Google will land here, I'm going to again bump this thread but with some news:
I took the time to craft a font in the likeness of the Factorio logo: Full Automation. If you're looking to make text look like the Factorio logo, this is what you're looking for.
