Subnautica and Factorio are virtually diametrically opposed.

Things that are not directly connected with Factorio.

You're trying to get off the planet 4546B and back to Earth in Subnautica. You're attempting to transform Nauvis into your new house in Factorio.

In Subnautica, you're tasked with eradicating a deadly pathogen from the environment (mainly yourself). You are the deadly disease that is ravaging the globe in Factorio.

Everything you make in Subnautica is fluid and tidy. The dirtier the better in Factorio.

The planet is submerged in water in Subnautica. It isn't the case in Factorio.

You crash land on an extraterrestrial world with life on it and are the only survivor of the crash, according to the same parts.

After finishing Subnautica today, I had an interesting thought.

Try the Subzero continuation :D
(I didn't manage to finish base one was getting boring, finished the Subzero one I think it's more engaging in a way)

A very interesting interpretation of the game plot. I have not tried to classify the game plot like that, but it is definitely a very interesting and unconventional approach.
