I wonder.
Of they do exist. Thats gonna be fun because i love competition.

Well, if you really, really like making train networks in Factorio, then you'd definitely also like
OpenTTD. Even the developers agree on this!

Another train simulator is mashinky.
Relativly new, but has a more detailed rail placement than openTTD. And fancy graphics.
You produce goods at different points which also have intermediates. Main task is tweeking of optimal train routes with intersections etc.
Basically like factorio but without the inserter hassle.
You can adapt things from the game to factorio since you can rebuild the train layout 100%.
