How to fire up a steam locomotive

I suppose this video could form an argument for boosting the crafting time on locomotives...
The whole task of firing up a steam locomotive is underestimated. The videos of this guy are great.
Did you know that there was a dedicated job, only to fire up locomotives? They came in the early morning, fired up a single locomotive (plus cleaning, inspection, service and everything), and gave it to the conductor.
It takes a while to fire these things up ... that explains why they leave the locomotives running for days
