Earlier today I turned on the news, and it is nothing but things that are stupid, bad, or some combination of the two.

So let's do something different. What is something good that is happening in your life right now? To start off, I started my journey of losing weight this week, and have so far lost 3 lbs!

I know I will play factorio tonight.

Otherwise, my bunny who was ill this week end is now all right! Best news ever.

My right ear was totally plugged up with wax about a week ago so I started Debroxing it and have had some success in getting the excessive and nasty goo out. Normal earwax is an important part of the ear. And get this, the skin in the ear is designed to grow from the inside to the outside so that it and the wax moves along LIKE A CONVEYOR BELT until it falls out on its own.

I finally have time to do the laundry! I don't know if that's such a good thing since doing the laundry isn't really fun and not something I like for my day-off after weeks of working hard. But need clothes to wear soooo..

A CPU microarchitecture pipeline I've been designing for almost 4 years got funding yesterday after several heated arguments that didn't stop until I had built an emulated model showing, with a very high degree of statistical significance, that my non-deterministic implementation used modern hardware with vastly increased efficiency.

Here's to 40% speed increase and increased automatic on-chip parallelism with next-to-no hardware changes after the 3 year prototype fabrication process is finished.
