Just wanted to say thanks to the staff working on Factorio. Picked up the game in 2016, absolutely loved it. Was working blue collar back then and didn’t really understand the game’s mechanics till 2019 and then REALLY got into it.
Year after that I managed to really start studying and learning programming languages and really got the knack for it. Managed to get a job in 2021 but wasn’t til today I managed to get a real big boy job.
Really can’t believe an addiction fueled question of “how do I optimize my fluids” turned into a career. Thanks again Factorio.
