Removing health bar

I use dummies based on the combat-bot prototype to mark fires. These dummies are usually hidden, but once they get damaged, the health bar pops up:

Is there any way to get rid of it?

AFAIK, and don't quote me on this,
the width is based on the selection box,
So if you give them a {{0,0}{0,0}} selection box, the health bar won't show
