Where to install mods

I'm trying to install the Seablock modpack, but I can't figure out where to put the files. From a quick google search I came across AppData\Factorio\Mods, but the entire AppData folder doesn't exist on my PC. Do I need to make it? (note: I haven't installed any Factorio mods before in any way, so if they would normally create a folder that folder won't exist yet)

Also, subquestion: Part of the reason I'm downloading the modpack is because I'm lazy and hoping I can also decide to, for example, active only Angel's mods without having to download each of them separately. Is that possible?

You can download portable version and unpack it many times. Mod directory will be also Factorio/mods

But that's exactly the problem - I don't know where to unpack it.

Here you can find the link to MS Windows (64 bit zip package).
After download just unpack it to D:/games/ then you get D:/games/Factorio_0.16.51/ and after first start you get folders for mods and save files. Place your mods into /mods/ like /mods/my_mod_0.0.1.zip

Appdata is a windows folder, a system folder for users. it is accessible if you enter %APPDATA% in the address bar of any explorer window.

if you installed via steam, you will need to use this directory.
if you didn't, then you will likely need to instead use the mods folder in your factorio directory. where that is depends entirely on where you installed it to, similar to darkfrei, mine is installed to D:/games/Factorio 0.16/

I already have the game though (via steam) but the games folder on my PC doesn't have a Factorio file.
