Need help with error Factorio 0.16

Hi I need help with Factorio 0.16 error "No Pictures to put in atlas"
So my factorio was fine with the mods I have installed.
So when I download the following mods I got this error:

Just a note when I removes mods list above the error doesn't appear but I would like to Factorio with these installed.

Just a hunch, but maybe your video memory is filling up during loading?

Factorio can throw around some strange errors when you add mods due to memory issues.

it is possible to have the game work fine with no mods, then when you start adding mods, it overloads.

thanks for your help. I remove the mods so factorio will launch just fine.
