When I had 12 I had a mod can't remember what it was tho. And I had upgrades to the chemical plant and other advanced chemical processing buildings. Anyone know how to get all that working on 13?

That is more of a request than a question. What exactly do you want to know? There are basic tutorials that get you into modding.
