file_size(p) Error, SevenIndustries

Hai

I am the developer of Seven Industries, and my latest update is having some issues.
When I try to start Factorio, this error occurs

Turns out this is a factorio error. I disabled all my mods and it still wouldn't start. Going to reinstall factorio.
