New Power Sources

I'm thinking of creating a nuclear power plant as a simple mod.

Are there any restrictions in the current code that will limit this from happening?

Ideas are...

3 Recipies / Items
[*] Nuclear Power Plant
[*] Cooling Tower
[*] Nuclear Fuel Rod

1 Resource
[*] Uranium

Nuclear Power Plant
[*] ???kW power output
[*] Requires Nuclear fuel
[*] Creates nuclear waste as a byproduct which requires storage. (May create a new type of storage chest.. lead?)
[*] Requires a cooling tower attached
[*] Power output upgradable with extra cooling towers

Cooling Tower
[*] Requires a water Input.. similar to boilers.
[*] Connects to Nuclear Power Plant

New Resource
Uranium - Rare to "hard to get", very low amounts, used to created fuel rods.

Nuclear Fuel Rods
Require uranium (200), steel plates (50), adv circuits (10).
Long processing time

I want the power sources to by worth the effort to make but for it to be an ongoing effort to keep the rewards.
