Is There a "Plan-Your-Factory" Mod for 0.12.x?

Back in Factorio 0.11, there was this awesome mod (Planning Tool Mod v.0.3) that let you plan out your factory layout by painting areas on the ground in a variety of colors (image below). Unfortunately, it doesn't show any signs of updating to Factorio 0.12.
Is there a similar mod, or perhaps an unofficial update, that provides similar functionality?
