I want "electric furnace" to manually select the formula like an assembly machine. Where should I modify it?

Just create the assembling machine with furnace's recipe category "smelting".

In "K2" mod, all his stoves are manually selected. I want to know where he changed?

K2 made an assembly machine-type entity, set the graphics to the furnace graphics, and set the name to "furnace" or whatever, and set the crafting recipe category to "smelting". No fancy tricks.
