Single Power pole network doesn't connect when edited in blueprint editor. Not sure this is a bug or intended.

I don't think this is a bug. If you check the blueprint editor screen, you can see the pole has 1 connection to another pole, and then you exclude that pole.

Blueprints in version 1.1.x save the individual power lines used. This means a nice clean input will produce a nice clean copy, and blueprints involving segregated power networks should stay segregated, but it also means these little things can happen.

this is a bug because those two poles are in range of each other (so a connection is possible) but they are not connected, not even via blueprinted poles.
If you look closely, you can even see how a connection is created upon placing down the blueprint but then immediately removed again. Maybe this is two parts of the connection logic interfering with each other (connection check vs blueprint)?

The connection being created & removed might be a minor issue, but if you look at the top of the blueprint when he is editing it you notice that he actually disconnected the networks manually by removing a connecting pole. This caused the poles to be disconnected in the blueprint—they were separate networks.

... you can even see how a connection is created upon placing down the blueprint but then immediately removed again ...
:
this is actually not the case, the connections rendered are between poles in cursor and poles/ghosts placed "bellow" them - since right after placing BP they have same positions, it looks like the placed ones are connected, but they never are.

ad) connecting poles: as said bellow, when a BP is placed, no new connections between poles in BP are added - which is intended. The only non-intuitive part in this process is IMO that removing pole in BP editor behaves differently than removing same pole in game and then making the BP. But since BP editor is intentionally lightweight and we consider this a minor issue, we have currently no plans to changing this behaviour.

TLDR: not a bug, moving this to not a bug.
