The map view shows that there are already ghosts/tiles there, despite the fact that there are not. If there are already ghosts, no color is displayed, and it appears as if you are not holding the blueprint.

I would expect that the colors from the map view matched the colors from the zoom to world view.

Thanks for the report however that's correct; the map view shows buildable tiles as blue.

Doesn’t blue color mean “already there”?
When there are ghosts there, why should it show nothing at all?
