Steps to repro
1. stand in logistic network with storage chest, roboport, and logistics bots
2. uncheck 'personal logistics and auto-trash' checkbox
3. add items to trash slot
Result:
Items get retrieved by bots from trash and taken to logistic network as normal.

Also reproduces if you stand outside logistics network, and then continue with steps 2 and 3.

logistics requests do honor the checkbox.

Happens consistently for me.

Also, I love this feature and I'll be posting a feature request to add that checkbox as a toolbar button like the ability to turn on/off personal roboport.

That is fully intended.

Just came to update and saw that I misunderstood the feature despite reading but apparently not reading the tooltip. My bad in that case.

I would propose that it *should* prevent pickups from trash slots in the same logic that it prevents delivery of logistics requests.

It works the way it does on purpose - specifically because trash slots are not meant to be extra inventory space.
