[1.0] Modded, 4k resolution, scroll bar from all the UI mods in middle of screen

The scrollbar is not there at 1920x1080, but when I maximize the screen to full 4k, with automatic UI scaling (so 200%) I have the above issue.

I am not considering this to be a base game issue unless proven otherwise. I know that `Edit-Blueprints` mod is able to do exactly that and you have it included. When loading this save with all the mods except `Edit-Blueprints` there is no issue. When loading this save with only the `Edit-Blueprints` issue is there. Not a (base game) bug.
