[1.0.0]Inventory Shortcuts stopped working

(This may be related to the space exploration mod, however the problem persists even after disabling all mods.)

When I loaded the game today, many of my shortcuts related to pulling things in and out of my inventory stopped working.
This includes:

• transferring to and from chest
• transferring to and from machines
• stack splitting

Note: Setting filters with middle mouse DOES still function.

I have tried:

• changing the hot keys to some other arbitrary mouse buttons (these are mouse-only hot keys)
• reloading factorio and enabling/disabling mods
• resetting to default hot keys

The problem does not occur on other saves, only this one.
I cannot reproduce this issue in new save.

Thanks for the report; one of the mods you're using has moved your player into a different permission group that disabled those actions. Specifically it one made a permission group called "default_satellite" so I would guess what ever mod is letting you do stuff around satellites is responsible and you'd need to go talk to that mod author.

For the sake of any future searchers, the bug is in fact from the space exploration mod. The mod owner is aware of the issue and a temporary fix is to run a command to reset your permission group, as it sometimes gets 'stuck' as some other entity.
