Blueprint Library missing important buttons

currently, when viewing the BPL you cannot choose to get a new book, blueprint, upgrade planner, deconstruction planner, or import blueprint string
these are all available through the use of shortcuts, however, for most players who use the 2-row setting there is simply not enough room
shouldn't these buttons be at the top of the BPL next to the search button and the view buttons?
