[0.18.22] Construction robots seem to be ignoring cargo capacity

Was playing on a modded save with RobotWorld-Continued (and others), came across this problem, but the mod author doesn't know how to fix it.

So, I decided to try things on a vanilla game, to avoid all the "it's this mod or this mod causing it". Started up a new game in freeplay, default mapgen settings, except turned off enemies.

I am attaching the log file and the savefile I used for this test, but here are the steps to reproduce:

Enable cheat mode with command.
Research all technologies with command.
Craft 100 transport belts.
Craft 5 logistic robots.
Craft 5 construction robots.
Craft 1 roboport, and 1 storage chest.
Craft enough items to get basic power going, and set it up.
Place roboport and put all bots inside, noticing that the tooltip says "1 + 3" for cargo capacity for both types of bots.
Create blueprint containing 20 transport belts.
Place storage chest and put all belts inside.
Create a logistic request for 20 transport belts, and notice that it takes all 5 logistic bots only 1 trip each to deliver.
Place blueprint, and notice that it takes all 5 construction bots 4 trips each to place the belts, indicating that they are only carrying 1 belt at a time.

Unless I'm missing something, it seems that the construction bots should be using the same cargo carrying capacity as the logistic bots. Yes? Thanks for your attention.

Thanks for the report, construction robots do not build more than 1 entity at a time. That's an intended simplification and performance savings.
