[0.18.12] Biter pushed into water

Atttached gif shows the event, with debug view on, so all mods should be visible there.
Factorio version: 0.18.12.

That's a bit of a problem, since it's with the Space Exploration closed beta... I'll ask Earandel.

I am pretty sure that is simply shallow water.
