Possible train pathing bug

Version: 0.17.79

The train path chosen is one that is blocked, but 2 unblocked paths though exist.

It's literally the only path that exist in direction east through this section.

there 2 signals missing here. This means the top and bottom lane are one-way only going to the left.

The middle lane on the other hand, is a one-way to the right due to the lone signal at the left of the train.
