[0.17.74] Zooming in anywhere on map increases local environment volume

Not quite sure if this is a bug, or maybe a feature request? I've tried searching, but to no avail.

This is most noticeable when driving car, as it has relatively loud environmental sound. When in the map view, zooming in anywhere increases the volume of the car. I would expect the volume to only increase when zooming in on the car itself. It is a little odd zooming in on a nest and hearing the car get louder.

The whole zoom sound volume feature is still a little unpolished
