[0.17.68] ctrl+z/undo doesn't undo rotations

Hopefully the title pretty much explains it...

Ctrl+z undoes all of my construction/destruction, but not rotations of e.g. transport belts.

As far as I know this is intended. But if this gets moved to feature requests, then I strongly support it. IMO undo should undo all building related actions, including rotations, wiring and also settings of a building. Like in any other desktop application.

Thanks for the report. Undo was never meant to work with literally every player action and a line had to be drawn somewhere.
