[0.17.68]Right aligned tool-tip text

The Energy consumption value is too large for the tool-tip box, and flows into the next line underneath. This right-aligns the text and is inconsistent to the rest of the tool-tip information. My monitor ratio is 1920x1080. I can supply additional info if needed.

I don't know, personally I think it looks better there than lost amongst the white text

That is how it's intended to be. Flowing to the beginning of the next line would look worse.
I hope to eventually shorten the text so this doesn't happen in English locale.
