Press the keyboard shortcut to toggle exoskeletons again.

Your exoskeletons aren't in your armor. Also, once I put them in, I had to toggle the exoskeleton back on:

Looks like that was the issue, really should have some better visual indications that they are disabled when viewing the exoskeletons in the suit.
