[0.17.66] Tree marked for removal does not get removed

Hi,
[TL;DR]
1) Tree is marked for deconstruction with the deconstruction planner
2) Tree degrades / loses leaves (eg from stage 0 to stage 1). This happens before any bot is on his way to actually remove the tree
3) The tree won't get removed, even when there are construction robots free and in range
4) Remove the deconstruction mark with shift-deconstruction planner
5) Mark the tree again for deconstruction with the tool
6) The tree does get removed
[Story mode]
I've been playing dangerous ores scenario, where new chunks get visible when there is enough pollution. To keep the pollution going, I want to remove the trees as soon as a chunk appears. Once I have enough coins I'll use the personal roboport and then it happens. The trees of a new visible chuck are right away in heavy pollution. It has happened more then once when a fresh new chunk full of trees is marked for deconstruction, the 10 slow robots start chopping the trees. When a tree degrades before a robot is assigned to chopping it, no robot will be assigned to chop it.
Removing the red cross and marking it again for deconstruction gets the tree chopped.
