[Twinsen] [0.17.50] Inserter prefer the wrong side of belt after rotation

When rotating a belt under an inserter it can happen, that the inserter take items from the wrong side of the belt

I took some pictures how I was able to reproduce the bug and created a little sandbox save where you can see this bug in action
