What I did:
Have one blue splitter in logistic network. (it was there due to deconstruction).
Setup requester chest to request 50 (default) blue splitter to clean that network.

What happens:
Requester chest shows up, that there were 4 splitters in delivery.
Total item count of splitters were -3.

What I expect:
It should show "1" for deliver.

I take a screenshot and a savegame (see attach: Fehler_zu_237.PNG) - later I load the save and that problem are gone away.

How to reproduce:
Load savegame raph_237
Hold yourself on your chair, cause I bet you have never seen such a mess before
check south most chest - one splitter inside
read that following carefully, you have to do it in a short time.

go to north most storage chest and place in 5 splitters
be fast to check south most chest again ...
take a screenshot and it should look like my screenshot "Fehler_zu_237b.PNG"

I have tried different amounts of splitters to put in that upper chest. It seems, that this bug only appear if the number of placed splitters is not dividable by 4 ... but I'm not shure ... can not check it for now, because my wife calls me for bed

do you need more informations?

PS: Save-Upload didn't work ... could you please fix that in forum (I'm yet not the only one with that problem). I'll share it on an other way tomorrow.

This is a normal behaviour from what I've seen. The logistics network notices it can supply some amount, so it defaults to the carry capacity of the bot that's dispatched for the job. Once the bot gets to the chest, it picks up some number of the requested item, up to its carrying capacity, then goes to you. If you wait for the delivery, it will only bring you what it could find (the 1 splitter you had), and the network inventory should remove that item from the list (ie it won't be a negative result in the network list).
