I've been running Bob's Mods since they've been updated for v17 but this issue is just happening in this 0.17.22 update for me.
However, when I approach an ore like uranium, iron, cobalt, etc., it will disappear off the minimap during the re-draw. It also disappears from the main map.

Thanks for the report. That means the ore was removed and is working as intended: the minimap doesn't update until you get near it.
