[0.17.20] Wall extensions are not recalculated when modifying nearby world

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place a wall next to water/cliff so that it gets an extra extension towards the obstacle
2. Remove the obstacle (place landfill / blow up cliff)
Expected: the wall gets shorter
Actual: the wall doesn't change

Same issue with cliffs I believe.

No, it simply is not a bug, the same way logistic or construction robots not flying only in bounds of construction area is not a bug. Players might expect that they would, it is reasonable expectation, but it is not how it was designed to work.
