[0.17.16] Tag on the map is under Power Grid

I noticed that Tags on the map rendered under Power Grid lines.
I think this is a bug, because they should be on the top.
And it looks ugly

Thanks for the report however that's working correctly: the electric network overlay renders on top of everything else.
