[0.17.11] Loading save shows a lot of sectors as recently scanned

I loaded my save from 0.17.9 and immediately hit pause. I then switched to the map view, and to my surprise a lot of sectors were displayed as if they had been recently scanned by the radar. It appears to be quite random, though you can clearly see some patterns. Moreover reloading the save seem to reveal the same areas. Loading a previous save also has the same effect.
After a few seconds they go back to the usual fog of war.
