[0.17.5] Personal Bots Delayed Construction

When I blueprinted some laser turrets and noticed that only one turret was not being construction when my inventory has hundreds of turrets and full on power on my suit.

Then later I don't when but while I was browsing Factorio forums and came back to the game and found that it was placed

I also tried reproducing this several and failed

It's possible that the job of constructing that specific entity was given to a bot that was low on power and chasing you across the map, thereby delaying the deployment.

Everything around the ghost was constructed by bots from my suit and returned

I get that a lot. I'll blueprint something, and watch my bots run out to place it, and they'll ignore like... one belt. Then a couple minutes later, some worn-down bot from halfway across the map comes creeping up, recharges, and runs out to place that one belt.

I had all the bots on me all 62 and I have an auto save like 2-5 min before the shot

The robots behave strangely and don't go repair/replace things in a timely manner.

To further elaborate on the bug:
When in range of something requiring construction robots, robots do not always immediately leave to a potential task. Sometimes robots will leave to some of the tasks, but usually not all task. Plenty of repair packs or entities to place. However, it does seem that if you wait long enough, randomly a robot will eventually figure out the task needs to be done and goes to do it.

To even further elaborate:
This seems to happen only when out of range of placed Roboports. In the save I attached above, I am expanding way out and am only in range of my personal roboport.

Is there something else needed to get this ticket out of pending? I'd be glad to get more saves or logs if needed.

I can reproduce this in 0.17.8 with Krusniks save, personal bots start sometimes several seconds late for repair jobs. The save uses bots extensively in the main base.

Ok, I loaded up the save and it's what I thought it was: you have 1520 entities waiting to be repaired and it's the same logic as everything else robots do: only so many are checked per tick resulting in slow times between robots being sent to repair stuff.

The robot queues are global. It doesn't matter which logistic networks the tasks are in, if any.

I have the same issue with repairs. The robots have quite some delay before they repair anything nearby. However, there are not many objects which need maintanance on the map.

I can upload a savefile it required.
