Inconsistent graphics in the section headers in the GUI

Earlier I created a bug regarding the "mangled" graphics in the headers and it was closed due to being by-design
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=65410

But if you go to the research (Press "T"), the menues does not have the same graphics in the header sections, and they looks MUCH cleaner and more beautiful.

I urge you to reconsider removing the wierd graphics in the header of the various menues so they resembled how it looks in research.

That graphic is the "you can drag this window by this graphic". You can't drag the technology GUI so it doesn't have them.
