It seems that the biters have rebelled against the console. When generating a world with biters NOT set to peaceful and then changing it with the console the biters are still agressive.
What I did
1. Generate a world with biters set to agressive
2. After generating set the peaceful mode on the current surface to true using `/c game.player.surface.peaceful_mode=true`
3. Walk into a biter nest
What I expected
A friendly, non hurting conversation with the biters
What I recieved
'Welcome back to spawn'(I got attacked and killed)
0.17.0 game.player.surface.peaceful_mode not respected

Thats how it worked before.
Only biters that spawn after you executed the command will be paceful.
