[0.16.42] Explosive uranium cannon shell friendly fire

When you are in a tank, and have Explosive uranium cannon rounds in your tank, it is possible to shoot your own tank using the Shoot selected key.

This is not a bug. Didn't you ever kill yourself by shooting a rocket launcher into a wall in doom/quake ?
