I have placed down blueprints, have all the items and it is in roboport range but my construction robots suddenly stopped building anymore.

Where are the items stored? they need to be in a logistic chest within logistic range (the orange one)
Are there construction bots in the correct logistic network?
did you place a huge blueprint? there is a building queue that the game loops through, so it may take some time until your bots start working.

Thanks for the report. You have 290,344 entity ghosts waiting to be built. The game processes 1 ghosts per game tick so it's going to take 108 minutes to cycle through all of them once.

You've built *way* too many for the robots to handle...
