If you mix the side of the train station between 2 lanes they are one tile offset.

I design a factory zone with train directly onload into assembly machine and the other side load into another train. This design only work if ALL train enter in the same direction.

I just try to setup a train station using L-CCCC-L but infortunately I just discover it's actually impossible to do.

Train aligenment works only for trains with an odd total length. Try 3/5/7/... wagons instead of 4.
