[0.16.15] Cannot mine vehicle when I sit inside

It makes a lot of sense not to be able to mine vehicle, when someone else than you sits inside.

But it can make a lot of sense to mine a vehicle, when only one person (you) are inside.

Example:
In 0.15 it was possible to do this:
- Place loco,
- jump inside,
- drive like hell to the target station with full speed
- when you are arrived (short before you crash into something else) you just mined the loco in wich you sat and stand at the side of the rails (continue to run to defend your base).

In 0.16 it is now like so:
- Place loco,
- jump inside,
- drive like hell to the target station with full speed
- when you are about to arrive break, carefully break loco,
- jump out of the train
- mine train
- continue to defend.

The 0.15 behavior felt somehow natural and it speeds things up a lot. It seems to be simple to change the check if you are allowed to mine a vehivel a little bit.
It should be not allowed to mine a vehicle if
- a player other than you are inside (or parts)
- if the load of the vehicle is a lot too big to fit into your inventory
- other rules?

Thanks for the report however that's working as intended. It even states you can't mine it while in it when you try.

It states, that you cannot mine it, "while anyone is in it".
Correct. But that was not the point. But I don't want to repeat, what's said in the other posts, that are linked by Zavian. Everything is already said.

(BTW Thanks Zavian for that links, I searched over 10 minutes and didn't find anything)
