It seems that as a result of these 2 items being fixed, whenever I place a blueprint that extends into a chunk not covered by radar, the part that is in that chunk never gets marked for build. I really hope that this is a bug and not a intended function because I used this all the time in 15.X while expanding my bases borders. It still occurs with all mods disabled.
