[15.37] Electric mining drills accept wrong fluid when on uranium

Mining drills on uranium with fill with 100 units of water, and perhaps other liquids, instead of the sulfuric acid they need, which will block sulfuric acid from entering. This is greatly undesired. Workaround; pick up drills and replace.

Well I wasn't, but someone else did, and they filled with water.

How is this a bug? It might be undesired, but that doesn't mean it's unintended. A bug is behavior that the developers didn't intend. This seems like something they probably did intend, if you're silly enough to pipe water to your mining drills instead of sulfuric acid.

[Koub] Moved to Not a bug.
If you don't water in your uranium mining drills, don't put water in them, but sulfuric acid.

By that argument, if I make an assembler, tell it to barrel light oil, and pipe water to it, the water should go into the assembler. But it doesn't.

Why are mining drills special?
